Understanding risk is critical to attaining positive patient outcomes. We developed the documentation and packaging for this unique software tool developed by David Day, who, at the time, led the Clinical Education Coordinator team at Pfizer. The tool was designed for use by members of that team with their health plan and PBM customers. It provided organizations with a tool to perform a systematic analysis of patients at risk of developing a selected disease, infection, or medical complication. It was designed to help identify, through retrospective analysis, factors associated with events that might otherwise go unrecognized.
