Patients eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid may be too easily niched as Medicare age. The front of this piece gave reps a tool they could use to present state data on the dual-eligible population. It showed the percentage of Med D patients eligible for the low-income subsidy and the percentage of dual-eligibles who are disabled and under 65. These patients can purchase branded agents for very low co-pays. The back provided a branded message, showing those Med D plans with high percentages of dual-eligible enrollment. We developed business rules for the piece, working closely with reviewers and the client’s analytics team.
