At the core of his approach, Matt believes market access is a complex problem-solving process, requiring strategic insight and innovative solutions. He has collaborated closely with brand teams, access marketing, HEOR, and field teams to design and implement programs that successfully position drugs on formularies, help healthcare providers navigate prescribing challenges, and ensure patients gain timely access to therapies. With expertise spanning traditional, specialty, and rare disease areas, Matt has supported clients of all sizes in solving access challenges.

As Account Manager, Hannah ensures that all materials meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. She coordinates the creation of engaging, patient-centered messaging and works closely with the team to ensure all deliverables align with client expectations and our rigorous quality standards. Her expertise in healthcare communications and regulatory compliance ensures that every project is executed flawlessly.

Art Director/Designer

Michael is a graphic designer and illustrator whose passion for visual storytelling informs his approach to pharmaceutical marketing and access communications. With a background in creating award-winning books for children and adults in addition to his 15 years of experience working in pharma, Michael brings a unique ability to simplify complex ideas and data into visually compelling, clear, and engaging graphics. His expertise in visual literacy and typography helps clients communicate challenging concepts with clarity, creativity, and impact.

Strategic Consultant

John brings over 25 years of field experience as an account manager and marketing lead, having played a pivotal role in access strategy for major products such as Dupixent and Synvisc. His expertise in market access and strategic marketing informs our work, providing valuable insights that shape the team’s approach to positioning and communication. John’s ability to think creatively and strategically helps ensure the success of our client engagements.
