The problem: The essential facts about the Affordable Care Act (ACA) required explanation to the many audiences that Pfizer account managers engage with: health plans, physician groups, patient-centered medical homes, and integrated delivery systems. These customers, in turn, needed simple to understand tools to communicate what these changes meant to their patients.

The solution: This kit contains customizable patient handouts that can be used to explain key benefits of the program. It also included slide presentations on the impact of ACA on physician practices; the unique qualities of patient-centered medical homes; and how accountable care organizations have the potential to better align provider incentives, improve patient care, and lower the cost trend.
