Poor adherence to medication is multifactorial problem with no simple answers. Also challenging are the requirements for measuring the impact of adherence initiatives. We set out with a passionate client team to assemble and create a set of resources, that, taken together, would give account managers the ability to create adherence programs with a measurable impact. Strategies were developed to guide implementation of programs and resources according to customer commitment levels and their ability to access data. Program guidance and resources were tailored to types of customer organizations, including health plans, PBMs, medical groups, and employers. Some examples of resources are shown.
